I know that this seems like it should be a simple task and I know I have done this before in previous versions, but I can not figure out for the life of me how to determine what groups a particular contact is a member of.

I know I can look and see which contacts are members of a particular group, but I can't figure out how to see all the groups that a contact is a member of.

Can someone point me in the right direction please.

Alan

If you're talking about Version 9.x, all you have to do is check out the Groups/Companies tab in your contact detail view.

There is a drop-down window on that tab that will show you either group membership or company membership.

Thanks Melagan,

I'm not sure why I didn't look there before. It used to be different and I recently upgraded and could not find it.

If you usae Dynamic Groups, you also need to click on the "Display Dynamic Group Memebership" button as they won't show up in the tab.
