We use a specific skill to close a queue, what report should I look at to determine when the skill was logged in?

So far I ran a Agent login/logout (skill) report.

A Historic Login/Logout (skill) report on an agent should tell you if they were logged into the skill. A Historic Agent Attendance Daily report won't give you as much detail, but will tell you if the agent login was logged in on a specific day or not as well.

Irvineguy,

if you have access to SAT, you can use either 'monitor bcms skill x' or just 'list agent skill x staffed' to see who's logged in.

Irvineguy,

System Access Terminal, the command line interface PBX administrators use for administering system. it may look as a graphical interface in ASA but essentially it's the same.

Ok I tried the 'monitor bcms skill x' works great.

Is there a way to just list the agent # instead of the skill?
