How do I extract data from CMS?

Hi,

I have a customer that would like a integrated wallboard report which displays integrated and real time data for several skills individually and then a totals line for all the skills. it isn't a problem to display separate data for each of the six skills but i know it is not possible to display the summary of all skills on an integrated report.

Does anyone know how I can extract the data from CMS and whether there are any third party applications that i can use for the wallboard report instead?

For a real time report it's not so much of an extraction as a scrape. All the applicaitons I've seen are essentially screen scrapes of real time reports run from the terminal emulator/telnet.
