I would like to print labels of all my current officers. I have fields called roles (president, vp, etc) term start date and term end date.
Thanks in advance!

In record selection, do a test on 'Expired Date', assuming this is a field.

If any expired date should exclude, test for the date being equal to nulls. Or use DateDiff to test a date against Currentdate if there is a delay in excluding them.

Thanks for your reply. I do not have an expired date field, I only have the term start date and term end date. The term end date has expired and current dates and I would like to pull out just the current dated records. I am totally new to this crystal thing so please bear with me!!

I believe that what you are saying is that if the term end date has already passed, then you do not want those records returned?

If this is the case, then in the record select you could use :

{TermEndDate} >= currentdate
