how do i download NT option pack 4 !!!!! urgent

i tried to download NT option pack 4 (to install MTS) from microsoft site, but after the drum start kicking, i get an error message that says :
setup could not verify the information needed for installation, please make sure your system clock reflect the current time, and run setup again.

what is that suppose to mean ?, could anyone help me ?, or tell me alternate download site. option pack 4 is available for free download so i guess there is no licence required.

The MS Site is the only "official" site to D/L NT Option pack. It is free for licensed NT installations, and I can offer it to you via my FTP. But I won't be able to get it to you till around 6 PM EST if you can wait that long? Any other sites you go to will just send you back to the MS area. You might want to check the date time and year on your computer and make sure it is right... if it is, it's probablly the MS server, which has happened to me countless numbers of times.
