how do i do a forumla-really complexed

hi does anyone no how i could possibly make a forumla to do this.
I have a start of membership and end of membership field, i want to make the date in the end of membership field a month after the start of the membership field and autmatcally changed. Furthermore when the start of membership field had reached a month on the end of membership changes and an alert or something indicates i need to print a new set of membership cards.

Has anyone got any ideas please
