HOW DO I DISABLE DELETING A SHEET FROM EXCEL

I need to be able to keep users from deleting sheets from excel. How do i do this????
 
Just turn Protection on - Tools - Protection - Protect Sheet

If you want to still give the user access to ALL cells on that sheet, FIRST select all cells, then under Format Cells - Protection, un-check "Locked".

Even With The Protection On It Is Still Possible To Delete It. By Going to Edit-Delete Sheet Or By right Clicking on The Sheet Tab And Selecting Delete. I Want To Disable All Of These Options.
 
Sorry... I just realized you ALSO have to include Protect Workbook.
