Okay guys, first of all I want to thank everybody who gave me suggestions to deal with my problem about my VirusScan not working, and my startup programs, I have deleted my virus scanner, it was a piece of garbage anyway, McAfee VirusScan, the only thing that it did was take up hard drive space! I also downloaded "Startup Cop" to give me more control over my startup programs, Talk...XE is disabled so is stimon, and HD will spindown now. I also went to Norton VirusScan I did their home check what it found was 7 viruses, I was able to delete 4, but ones remaining are as follows:
c:\RECYCLED\DC3.EXE is infected with W32.Bugbear@mm
c:\RECYCLED\DC2.EXE is infected with W32.Bugbear@mm
c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\FFAC.EXE is infected with 32.Bugbear@mm c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\llaupqq.dll is infected with PWS.Hooker.Trojan

And of course cca.exe, which is a virus but since it is contained in my startup program it loads no matter how many times that I delete it, every time I reboot the computer.

I can also delete c:\RECYCLED\DC3.EXE is infected with W32.Bugbear@mm and c:\RECYCLED\DC2.EXE is infected with W32.Bugbear@mm, but they continue to be there whether or not I reboot the computer.

And the two viruses c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\FFAC.EXE is infected with 32.Bugbear@mm c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\llaupqq.dll is infected with PWS.Hooker.Trojan, which will not let me delete them because they are being used by Windows.

Is there some way to delete these files especially the Windows files? And I also picked up a copy of Norton VirusScan 2002, do I have to wait to load the VirusScan on my system until I get rid of the viruses? Please help!!!!!!!

Install Norton VS 2002, update it with the latest files from the Norton site, and then get rid of the viruses.

The virus are loading ether through your config.sys, autoexec.bat or the registry. I would go to symantics web site and do a virus scan. You can open the system editor bt going through the start, run and type in sysedit, this will open about 5 or 6 screens the ones you need to look at is config and autoexec. Look for any commands that load or run to see if the virus is being started there. Just delete any thing after the start or run. You may want to write them down in case your computer will not start right after a reboot. Before you try editing the registry read up on how to backup and restore it. Look at symantics web site on removing the virus that you have. If it comes down to it you may have to fdisk and reformat.

Have you tried a rescue disk (I know norton do one, don't know if you need to buy product. Trend have one you can download for free - Ideally you'd create the rescue disk (last one I did from Trend was actually 6 disks, its now 7) on a clean machine. You can then boot your machine using this disk(s) (write protected of course) and let them scan & hopefully remove viruses without starting windows.

Thanks guys for all your help, she be clean now and Norton is on, it rocks Macafee sucks

Take care friends.
