How do i create a disclaimer?? 1

I am trying to create a default message that shall appear at the bottom of ALL e-mails sent out.

any help will be appreciated.

Hiya - what version are you using and how many users?

As a quick fix - you can create a document with the disclaimer on and change peoples preferences from their inbox's to point to that as a signature.

Thanx for your response, however, I have over 90 users and they are spread over a WAN so it will be difficult to deploy that...is there a way I can do it from the server centrally?

What version client and server are you using?

Server 5.0.6 and client is R5

Put the disclaimer in the design of your mail.box on your SMTP server. Then users do nothing, all internet emails will show the disclaimer.
