How do I copy text from some PDF files? 1

How do I copy text from some PDF files? Some files allow copying text from a pdf document to MS Word or Wordpad, but I had problems doing this from a Sony Camera manual.

How was I suppose to know without asking.

The answer is because the file has security applied to it, which won't let you do these sorts of things.

I assumed most users use the latest drivers, versions etc. Sorry.
