How do I convert / merge PDF File into Powerpoint

Hello Guys,

I have Acrobat 5.0 and also Powerpoint Office 2000.... I want to know how I can possibly convert or merge a pdf file into a Powerpoint Presentation..Is this possible?..any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Why not just use Acrobat/Reader to do your presentation? I've done many that way using the full-screen option in Reader.

That's just easier for me because I work in a file format (FrameMaker) that I can easily convert to PDF.

Thanks for the reply Frameuser.....I work at a helpdesk and the end user wants another alternative.....I guess her only option may be to purchase software that enables to do that?

Here's how I have done this in the past:
1. Save PDF as JPEG, which creates a .jpg image for each page
2. Use PowerPoint Batch Image Importer (

to create PP from the images

Downside is that lotsa pics make a huge powerpoint file
