How do I configure SIP to work with Bria soft phone on the iPhone?

For the 3300:
Create a SIP Device Capabilities instance for Bria.
Set all selections to No except Suppress Use of SCP Inactive Media Stream. Set this option to Yes.
Add the device and assign this instance to the device.
I have been using Bria for iPhone on my iPad (1 & 2) and it works great.
I am now using the new Bria for iPad app and it is awesome.
