Hi all,

We have a customer who's Meridian Mail is 'full up'.
Rather than go thru the individual mailboxes to clear the highest usage one, we have permission to clear ALL messages in ALL mailboxes.
I have trawled the NTPs but can't find anything specific for a global clearing of Vm's, but leaving passwords etc in place.

If someone can advise how to do this, it would be very much appreciated.

As ever, thanks in advance.

not a very easy task, if most of your users are on the same class of service, modify that class of service to delete all saved msg over 1 day old reduce the allowed time for storage to 1 or 2 minutes and deny new msg for boxes that are full.. the voice mail will discard old saved msg withen 24 hours, then do a search for boxes that have been idle for over 30 (or so) days and delete those boxes, take away the forwarding on those phones... when i took over this account my mail was full but i had boxes in the seer tables that were over 2 years stale.. my hd's were at 90+, six months later my hd's are 30 percent and users have 15 min, and can keep msg's for 9 days unread and 7 for read..
