I have a 6x16 KSU. How do I change the what extension is tied to a certain port? For example, on port 01, when I do the F*0, it says set 26 P101. Thanks for your help.

Changing the "DN" (directory number) of your phone
When changing the Extension number, please keep in mind that all that changes is the extension number. All other programming associated with that phone remains the same.

To enter a programming session, follow the next few simple steps:

1) Press FEATURE * * 2 6 6 3 4 4
2) Enter Password: 2 6 6 3 4 4
Display will read: " Terminals & Sets"
3) Press: NEXT until the display reads: "System programming"
4) Press: SHOW
Display will read: "Change DNs"
5) Press: SHOW
Display will read: "Old DN:_ _ _"
6) Enter the extension number you wish to change (Example: 221)

Display will read: "New DN:_ _ _"
7) Enter the extension number you want to change it TO: (Example: 222)
Display will read: "221>222"

Good Luck!!

Ok I am mistified to as how that worked lol.
I was under the assumption that 3x8's and 6 x16's did not have that new programming layout?. ~Will Nortel soon be NoTel??~

It may be that he had a system CONFIGURED 6X16 and not a true old flat pack 6X16. MRoberts
