there isn't a "tab order" feature for the check boxes within an option group that i can see...how do i chance the sequence of the check boxes when a user tabs through the option group (frame).
In fact, the position of the control determines what the order of cursor movement is through the group. There is no manual way to set this, as Access thinks the entire group is one control.
Try this
Not sure if it wil work...
open form and tab around it
Note the order in which it goes from one to the next.
Then open in design view and move one of the controls
See if it changes the order.
Or
It might have to do with the order you created them in.
thanks doug...that worked.

i just moved the check boxes around inside the option group and tested the order and then moved them back to where they were initially and the order is just the way i want it.

weird! leave it to microsoft...

thanks for the suggestion.
