Yes if they are all using the same cos
If you want the different timer for some users then copy the cos to a new number, change the cfna timer and then apply the new cos to the users who want this longer timer in the station attributes form.
Make sure you apply the cos to day, night1 & night2 if you want this to be always the same cfna timer regardless of system status.
