When I try to follow the instructions in my manual: Feature, 0, 0, L int, L int, #102, 3 (in my case) when I get to the point where I'm trying to type in the #102, it only allows me to type in #10...nor will it let me type in just 102. It's my understanding that we have a Partners ACS system. I am attempting to do this from extension 10. I also tried to do it from extension 11, to no avail. I'm just guessing there is some intuitive thing that I'm just missing because that's usually my bag. Can anyone help me? The day is a day behind, for example, it's saying it's Monday when it's really Tuesday, today. I have no idea when this started, but it's been this way for a while, and I have no idea why it got all screwed up.

On the ACS you only have to input the date using #101 and the correct day will be automatic. If you are putting in 103012 then the system should display Tuesday on the phones. If it's wrong I'd suggest flashing the software to a higher version. When you dial Feature 59 what does the display read?

I'm just learning all this! Thanks for the patience! When I do Feature 59 it says:

PACS R7.0 91J

My question also pertains to why it doesn't let me enter all the characters to even enter in the date. It beeps at me after I enter #10...and doesn't let me enter the last character.

#101 and #103 both work with R7, After you press the L Intercom twice does the display say "system program". If so, you are doing it correctly and it should take both #101 and #103.

#102 is not valid for an R7. That is an old command from earlier releases that did not match the day of the week to the calendar.

If #102 is not valid, what do I use instead? Is it possible to reset it?

It will automatically reset to the correct day of the week when you reset you date: ddmmyy on #101.
