how do I change the company logo on Micros 3700

I need to update our new nightclub logo on all 6 of our terminals. I can get 5 of them updated not the sixth. maybe I am doing it wrong, any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is different about the 6th terminal?

As of v3.2, the bitmap should be located here on hard disk clients:
\MICROS\RES\POS\BITMAPS\res3700.bmp

For WS4s, it is on the server:
\MICROS\RES\CAL\WS4\Files\CF\Micros\Bitmaps\res3700.bmp

Not positive about v4.0+ as I think I recall some changes were made to bitmap locations.

so should I just rename the logo.bmp to res3700.bmp

then reboot the system?

Yep, it needs to be named res3700.bmp

Just stop and start OPS on that terminal, no need to reboot unless it is a WS4.
