Our phone extension numbers were in the range 200-360. Agent POS-IDs were then created as agent dn+200 ie for a phone extension of 241 the POS-ID would be 441.
Unfortunately we have now increased our phone range to 500 so our numbering scheme is now coming up against errors.
How do I get a list of POS-IDs already on the system, and if possible how do I change the POS-IDs to accept four digits instead of three? Ideally we would like the POS-ID to be the phone exension number plus a single digit prefix but looking on LD20/LUDN there are no consecutive blocks of 4-digit numbers currently available - although I have no idea where the 'missing' numbers are or what they are used for.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
Thanks
