How do I change ethernet (LAN)ip address in fedora 3 from the command line? What services do I need to restart after this change has been made?

DBX
(Try it my way, it might work...)

Before complicating things by going down the bonding route I would first try and do the basics... i.e. get an IP address up and running on eth0 as well as eth1... any luck identifying that duplicate IP, if such a one exists?
