How do I busy out a tie line during scheduled power outage?

The distant end to my tie line will be powering down the NIU shelf which connects us. This will require a 1 hour down time.

My concern is when power is restored, will my tie line restore itself, or should I place it in a busy state during the outage?

If so, what commands do I use to busy and un-busy?

Sorry for the rookie question, but I'm just playing this by ear :)

Forgot to add it's a Definity G3r V12 working off a analog tie trunk TN 760.

Thanks for the help.

It should come back up OK without you having to busy it out.

Would it still be okay if I busyout the trunk, and release it once the power is returned?
