How do I block a number in ld 90?

Someone within our facility has their fax programmed to autodial and constantly calls a private number. The individual wants his number completely removed from our system and I cannot remember or find how to do this--- HELP

In LD 90 look up SDRR, you can use this to reroute or Deny specific numbers, see if this is what you are looking for.

If you use SPN's, then in LD 90 under the SPN code there is an option to deny a number and you just need to enter it in.

I hate to ask- but I went to ld 87 --- how do I find the spn?

I'd only block and temporarily rerout calls made to that number to another fax machine--find out which...L05ER did it.

or if you can check CDR for the call.

I've corrected several fax speed dial lists of:
9 911 NNN XXX-XXXX.
9 91 1NN-XXX-XXXX

I don't feel like having such blockage permanent on the system. All you need is one person to have to call that number and can't and you look stupid twice.

since your in the US it may not be an spn..

npa or spn or nxx

npa is 1+
nxx are your local numnbers if they are 7 digit
spn is for 911 type calls

so as fire posted, if it's a 7 digit number at DENY 1234

if it's a 10 digit number, at the deny 5551234..

we changed all our fax machines to a clid table that shows the actual fax number instead of the dept or hosp main number..

now when we get a number in speeddial they can either faxback or call the hospital with the actual number
