How do I backup users Outlook 2003 settings?

How can I backup a users Outlook 2003 settings, incase his machine breaks down? I have tried Profile Wizard, but it doesn't seem to back up signatures, categories, custom views, other inboxes etc.

How is it possible to backup all Outlook 2003 user settings?

If you find out let me know please - I cant belive it, but the export account option disapeared from Outlook with Outlook 2002 - Why they did this I cant understand - Ho hum

I've done this - worked fine.

Choose 'Export to file' and selected file type '.pst'. Then select the 'Personal Folder' (the head of all the folders) and tick to select all sub-folders. Then choose 'Replace duplicate items' and save the 'Backup.pst' in a place you will find it again. You can then save a copy of this 'pst' file to restore from at a later date.

Unique - At the risk of hijacking someone elses thread, I was trying to do something slightly diffrent - back up the outlook user account details - server, password, e-mail address etc. As you say the backup pst file you create will hold all the messages, but not what I want, (that's why I've stuck with Outlook 2000 for internet mail users!)

James, I've never tried to do what you're doing, but if I get chance I may do some digging - I'm intrigued.
