How Do I Backup Exchange???

Hello, I was wondering how I was supposed to back up my exchange server using Legato. I currently have my mail server set up as a client. I was doing some reading and I found that in order to back up my machine. In the save set section for that client I put the following...MSEXCH:IS. However, I keep getting the following error...
cannot stat MSEXCH:IS/: The filename, directory, or syntax is incorrect
RPC error:RPC cannot encode arguments

What's going on? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm new to the software and according to the manual that's the syntax that one should put in the save set location. Thanks,

OK, Do you have the Exchange module license? did you load the NetWorker CLient Software on the exchange box? and did you load the exchange module on the exchange server?

do you have entered 'nsrxchsv.exe' in the Backup Comand text box ?
