How do I Back Up My Database

I have created a fairly large database with numerous amounts of info. The drive I had it stored on just crashed recently and some data was lost. For future use, is there any way I can tell my database to automatically back itself up on a nightly basis to another network drive or local drive. Like a save to command or something, instead of having to manual do this process daily???

Here's how I solve this using vbscript. Schedule the script to be run using 'System Tools/Scheduled Tasks' scheduler. It creates a backup for every day of the week and overwrites old backups.

I previously used this feature on Windows NT but now have Windows 2000. On Windows 2000 it is at:

Programs\Accessories\System Tools\Scheduled Tasks
