How do I attach the Exported Delimited Text to an Outlook Email?

Hi,

I am trying to attach the values to an email that I exported out of Access by using the "DoCmd.TransferText acExportDelim" function.

I currently have this exporting to a network drive, but it would be nice if it can generate an email.

I would like to have this either populate an email message, or have the text file attach itself to an email.

Is this possible to do?

You have to use the Outlook reference in code (Tools-References). Search this site for some other examples...the Outlook code is really not that difficult, just creating an email and adding in your attachment is fairly straight-forward. Hope that helps.
