I am using Act by sage version 9 and Outlook 2003. I cannot seem to attach my emails to a specific contact in Act. I went in to Outook and added a new directory, clicked on additional directories, chose Act! Address Book, and it says it already exists and cannot be duplicated twice. BUT..... I do not see the ACT logo on my toolbar at top to give me the option to attach anything.
