How Do I attach a footer to all outgoing messages?

I need to attach a confidentiality notice to every outgoing email message that originates on our Exchange server.

Is there a way to do that with Exchange 5.5?

Some commercial products allow use of different footers/disclaimers for different users, groups, or domains. MailEssentials is one. See:
