I have a number od machines in a school computer lab. How can I set up a shared network printer so that anyone who logs on to that computer will see the printer available. Since these computers are part of a NT domain, I have no idea who will be logging on. Anyway, all I want to do is set up hte printer once for all users of that machine. Thanks in advance for any help.

Once you have the printer setup all you need to do is right click on the printer and select sharing. You should then be able to share the printer out and select the users that can access the Printer. Greg Palmer

Any feed back is appreciated.

And remember if it doesn't work just flush it down the toilet. [Flush]

All I really want to do is set up the printer once while signed in as the administrator and have anyone else who uses the machine to have it as the default printer.

Have you just tried doing what you want - ie, log on as Admin, set up the printer then try logging on as 'normal user' & see if printer is there. I presume my post on the other version of this post was no use?
