How do I add a new phone line to Avaya Partner system? 1

I have no books on this system and looking at it it shows 3 lines and a page port to plug into.

I have a forth line that I need to connect? Can this be done and if so how?

you need to add a carrier and either a 206 , 308 or 400 card

206 and 400 are discontinued but available refurbed
