how do i add a font to "add files"

I am trying to add an unusual or rare font to my project via "add file" option. The "add file" option does not list the file extention as a valid extention to use. Is there a way to add other extentions that are not listed? thanks so much for your help.

I assume that you want to use this font within your application. You can add the font when building a setup for you application with the Package & Deployment Wizard.
