How do I add a DLC?

I've plugged in a new DLC (NT8D02) into our system (CSC1k 5.5) however the light on the front is red and when I check the status of the card in LD 11 it says "card uneq". How do I go about configuring it?
Any guidance would be appreciated.

It will be red until you program a TN on it. Be sure when you first install card, the red led flashes 3x's (this is cards self test)

Just build a new set on the any of the TNs on that card. The light will go out and when you stat the card, you will see the idle TN.

Just configure a digital phone profile to any of those ports that should do it if not:-

LD 32 is your programme for card status
LD 11 is for Digital Phones
