How do change DTERM Series E Default Handset or headset volume??

I am running a NEAX 2000IPS.

Our salespeople are using Plantronics headsets plugged into the headset jack on the dterm phones. Every time they pick up a line to make a call the default volume is too loud. They can lower it with the volume button, but when the call is ended the volume goes back to the default loud volume.

Feature 2 and 4 only work for the current call on my system.

Can the system be set to retain the volume that each station chooses? Speakphone volume is retained, but handset and headset volumes are not.

Please help!

CM 15135>SFCA>0 The default SFCA is 15 and is assigned in CM 1202.

We have SFCA's 13,14, and 15. I changed all to 0.
