Hello.First, sorry for my english. We have old panasonic (European CE version) pbx systems kx-td1232 kx-td816 and kx-td612 connected through ISDN BRI interface KX-TD280 to PSTN. Our telecomunication company (can't change it, it's monopol) handling normally refused calls in that way that after dialing not existing or canceled phone number is offered service that after dialing number (1) is call transfered to operator which can transfer to any number.
This happening even if extension has correct tool restrictions set for local calls only. Restricted calls are bypassed through telecom company operator - after dialing not existing local area number and next sending dtmf tone (number 1) and transfer to operator... Direct calls to telephone company operator number set are of course restricted.
How disable end to end DTMF signalling? Only thing I found is change CO dial mode from DTMF to PULSE but pulse dialing is much longer and I'm not sure if customer will accept such noticable change in dialing.
From panasonic feature guide: DTMF signalling is required for access to special network services offered by some telephone companies and "No programming required".
Please, is there some (hidden) [990] option or anything I can do?
