How deleting an open global template?

I want to replace an open global template loaded with a macro.

Any idea?

After setup I load a doc with macro that installs the global template. When empty startup folder, no problem but when they have an existing template with the same name, i cannot close it, delete it or what ever.
And I dont want the user to delete it himself.

You really cannot. You have to wait until it is not in use.
