Hi

I have a Md110 and i don´t now the password for log in, i try MDUSER and HELP but doesn't work.
How do i do the reset password in MD?

Gracias

u are going to make a initial load and create a new password

1.) copy the INL to your HDU or FlashDisk. (/sysn/usr1/ses/dr/INL)
2.) copy the License file to HDU
3.) Limdispo file is also needed.

4.) connect HDU or FlashDisk to your NIU
5.) power on your LIM(s)
6.) after a short time you can connect to system with WinFIOL.
use default USER name and PASSWORD, your are asked to change password.
7.) load License file
8.) send Limdispo , now all ProgramUnits are loaded.
9.) after loading all PU`s the command SFEXI is needed to finish the instalation.
10) Unmount your subfile system SYSSUBFS11 (BLEQI.., FIMOE.., IOSIE..)
11) now mount your SYSSUBFS11 and SYSSUBFS21 (IOSII.., (FICRI..) FIMOI.., BLEQE..)
12) DUSYI

13) Configure your System by sending PC-Regen files
14) DUSYI

best regards,
Norbert

but firstly dont forget to take a generation from the pbx before initial load

There are of course methods to extract usernames and passwords from MD110 systems to avoid a rebuild. The methods used by Aastra or approved service partners involve reading and decoding data from the system memory or from the Hard drive.
To read from memory you need to use SACOP so must be able to access the system at a level with authority to run this command.
If you cannot get MML access to the system, the information can be extracted from the reload data file of LIM 1 (file L001) which can be accessed using the niux commands of an NIU with the target disk mounted.

Details of these methods are not discussed on this forum because of concern over assisting unauthorized access to systems.
