How come "winipcfg" does not work with Win-XP?

With Win-98 I was able to run the command "winipcfg" to check my ip configuration, but it looks like in Win-XP this is no longer possible.

What shall I do to check my IP configuration in Outlook Express?

Where should I look, where it is hidden ?

ipconfig/all

because it's simply replaced by command ipconfig in NT based windows, from winodws NT and on (2000,XP,..etc)

ipconfig from the "run cmd" or "run command" screen or from command prompt.
running it directly gives a screen flash and a return to the desktop.

you could also copy winipcfg.exe to the xp machine to use it

You can download wntipcfg if you really don't like ipconfig
