I am decommissioning an 81c and want to delete all the auth codes (5000 of them). I do not know what the SECR password was when the auth codes were created years ago. I have the level 2 password and the SPWD. How/were can I reset the SECR password to delete all the auth codes?

From Memory, you need to go into LD 21 under PWD at the top admin2 level first to get the SPWD passcode as shown in the example below.

LD 21
REQ: PRT
TYPE: PWD
TYPE PWD_DATA
CUST

TYPE PWD_DATA
CUST 00
SPWD 1234

I was able to change the SPWD in LD 15, but the SECR password is a different password that seems to be setup when the AUTH codes are generated during the intial setup of the codes. Since that was done several years ago by another tech this password is unknown to me. That is the password that I am lacking and need to try and figure out. I think the only place the SECR password is used is in LD 88.
