how can you add "Employee-id" to the user property's tab?

I have configured a stand alone 2003 test server with exchange installed. I imported users from the live server to do some testing.
Does any one know how to add "Employee-id" to the user property's tab?
I tried the following but the script but didn't work:

Great article you found. Did you set up your test box in its own forest? Is it the Schema Master?

Hmm, if you can wait a week I can try testing this for you. I am currently travelling on vacation and don't have access to any test servers. (just feeding my tech withdrawal right now).

I managed to get the script working.
The next problem is to add an "Account type" field or Tab in a users properties tab.
