I have an Excel spreadsheet that I would like to transfer to ACT!9.0. I have created a custom map for the different fields and I have tried to import the records using the import wizard. I have tried converting the data into CSV and also to separating the information by tab.but nothing seems to work. Although ACT! doesn't give me any error message and apparently the information has been imported I noticed that almost all the records are missing in ACT!.

I am new using ACT! so I am a bit confused!

Thanks in advance

I've seen this if you've tried importing to the secondary fields or if you have the duplicate checking turned on to fields that are not always filled.

Personally, I always perfer to use itImport to bring data into ACT!... very powerful and much more flexible -
