how can I unlock a local workstation (vb or vbs)

on another vbs use "sendkeys" but does work on a PC locked.

I need, unlock the PC first and then use "sendkeys".

any idea?

why do you need to unlock the workstation in order to achieve your goal?

because the method "SendKeys" will not accept being locked the system and not send the pulses properly

well dont use SendKeys then. i am only suggesting that what you are trying to achieve on the machine shoudl be able to be achieved without the need to unlock the workstation. what are you really doing that really really needs someone to type something at the keyboard?
