How Can I tigthten up security on systems to allow only two icons???

How can I tighten security on a win98 or win95 box and not allow the RUN command or control panel to be listed or accessed, I also want to only allow certain programs to be run on this machine... I know there are ways but any direction would be greatly appreciated.... Keith Buchanan

you could try poledit.exe for your Win95 machine.
