How can I skip Windows login at start up ???

Hi :)
I have a friend who just got DSL he is running windows 98ME ans has a nic card for his DSL. He only has 1 computer and doesn't need a network. He does not like having to log into windows every time he boots his computer. How can he stop this login screen from coming up. I did this before when I was running 98 but just can't remember what I done.

Thanks for any help
