Hi,

this is my problem: We've got some agents who forward calls to a vdn which can be also reached from external. Now I want to send the direct external calls to an other destination than the forwarded external calls. How can I do this?

Thanks a lot.

You could do a 'change inc-call-handling-trmt' for the trunk group that your external calls are coming in on. So if your calls are going to a DNIS or DID of 1234, you can strip 1234 and insert xxxx. The setup VDN xxxx to route to wherever you would like it to go. Internal transferred calls to VDN 1234 will still follow that path, but calls from outside will be routed to follow your new path for vdn xxxx.
