How can I run stored procedure in Mysql 5.0

The Manual Reference says that I have to run the script fix_privilege_tables.sql, but I don´t have it. Only out extension(.sql).

Someone can give me a help?

I had heard that it will not be available until the Production release of MySQL 5.0.
