how can i restrict the number of records in a page

Hi,

i am using a subreport in the main report and main report is grouped by a field machine name.Based on the machine name group subreport is printing the required data.That works fine.
NOw my issue is i need to print only one record in one page.That is one page should contain only one machine record in the main report and the corresponding subreport of the same machine name.

Here is the method I used:

Insert a section below the section that contains the sub-report (mine is in the details band). Then, conditionally format the new band for a "New Page After" (x-2) using:

onfirstrecord or
recordnumber=pagenumber and not onlastrecord

Using a similar approach to the last post but a differnet formula:

Remainder(Recordnumber,10)=0
