Are there any free programs that do this? thanks

I tried Partition Magic 7 and it says it doesn't work with Windows 2000 Server, they suggest VolumeManager.

In reply to this ( even thoug this is old)
I had the same problem. The solution might sound crazy but
I used an older version of PQmagic with win2k and it worked.
Version 5

If you convert your disk to dynamic before creating the partition you can simply extend the hard disk. If the partition was created with basic disks this is not possible so Volume Manager may be the answer.
