How can i remove group of ACD from Nortel Cs1000

Hi,

What is the command for removing the ACD from Cs1000.
I went to LD 23 >out >ACD> cust 0> and giving ACD getting error as SCH0707.

I want to make the DN 92440 as phantom 500 number.

You will have to out those phones before you out the ACD Que

which remote commands helps to out the phone and then ACD.

It depends if they are contact centre or Voice recorded users and are in an acquired state. If they were then when you print the TN you would see that, if they are then de-acquire and remove them at the application first.

If you have a AACC, i believe AAQ or something to that affect will be there and it will say yes for acquired. YOu'd need to de acquire those. Everything Bignose21 said is correct
