How can I remotely force-release a line? 1

Hi, I have 2 lines locked up in a loop and Im offsite.

Is there anyway I can force disconnect one of the lines through UM or other?

You'd have to disable/enable the card that those lines are attached to. No way to disable an individual port.

You can disable the card under resources, media bay modules, bus #. Click Configuration, disable, then enable after you see confirmation that the card has been disabled.
