How can I print an A5 report twice on the same A4 page? 2

Hello,

Is there some possibility to have two copies of the same A5 report on one A4 page? Now I have an A5 report and A5
pages and I print each document twice (on A5 pages)

Hi Daniel,

There's no obvious way to do this within VFP, but it's worth checking the Properties sheet for your printer.

For example, my HP Laserjet P2015 has an option to print two pages on a single A4 sheet (it's on the Effects page in Printing Preferences). In fact, I've used this to print complete A5 booklets.

Using the printer is the simplest way; I'll check mine..

I have never used LABELS, do you think that could be a solution ? (I think label is some sort of report)

I don't think Labels would be a very easy solution, but it might be worth looking further.

You said you wanted to print two copies of the report on a single page. Does that mean that each copy is only one A5 page long? If so, then if your printer can do two per sheet, then you should be able achieve your goal just by issuing the REPORT FORM command twice, with NOPAGEEJECT on the first one (and not on the second).

It might take a bit of experimenting to get it right.

Click on the File menu and select Page Setup

Then under columns select 2

This will get the desired results
